It’s a fair and lovely world – Navigate accordingly mentality4 min read

I feel it’s the right time to discuss, acknowledge and address the subset of colour based superiority. Unlike racism this is perpetuated by coloured or minorities themselves. The same moral philosophy, religious doctrine applies to this WRONG existing belief that’s been ingrained into the society.

I’ve grown up with men/women who have unfathomably deluded entitlement, sense of superiority and perhaps belief that they have the right to special treatment than everyone who is not as fair as them or down the ‘Minority Colour Spectrum’.

This inherent doll test is ingrained into the media as well. See how the dark brown people are background dancers/support in the movies, isn't that equal to fair washing (white washing) as we love to point out in Hollywood.

What about diseases which ruin you mentally, spiritually and in instances physically. Not to mention, this also raises an entitled generation who perpetuate this crazy phenomenon and instill the same thing in their next generations. At the same time, a generation with submissive low self worth and esteemed generation and they below to the same colour. This is also an intergenerational curse/insecurity and needs to be curbed as we track/identify and treat hereditary diseases.

P.S. If you practice my faith, you’re sinning which should be prime consideration more than anything else. Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said, “Your God is one and your ancestor (Adam) is one. An Arab is not better than a non-Arab and a non-Arab is not better than an Arab. And a white (red – white tinged with red) person is not superior to black and black is not better than white, except in piety.

Images: Google search on the cream which has damaged more self-esteem of an opressed gender than any other product in minorities!
