It took me a long time to understand that people who don’t make a choice, are still making a choice! Everyone has a choice, the antidote to self-victimisation narratives which we’re addicted to in life.
To me this is the description of the modern day SELF-HELP JUNKIE. The people who are constantly searching and never finding themselves or anything useful in life. Don’t get me wrong, it’s great way to self educate and pursue knowledge. A average self help book buyer buys 7 more books in subsequent years. Do you know why?
It gives a feeling of progress without any real life progress, as if you want to implement the (said) help you’ll have disengage from the fetish for constantly seeking help. It’s just another high, a dopamine grabber and feedback loop of thinking without any action (As I call it intellectual/verbal mas****ion).
It’s like someone going to doctors office everyday to get coffee and read the pamphlets about diseases, instead of actually working or knowing how to cure the ONES that they manifest. However, for everyone else around them – it’s a great story. Ohhh I was at the Doctor’s today and people assume – ahhh so you should be getting better, getting competent help and right support to see it through hospital admission.
You may feel you have knowledge, but TRUE KNOWLEDGE — cures ACTUAL IGNORANCE — such as making self-limiting and sabotaging patterns apparent through self-awareness leading to ACTUAL self-improvement and fulfilled existence for self and others !

*Just as I can’t eat for everyone and expect them to feel full. We cannot hold ourselves responsible for things we have no control over – despite our good intentions, knowledge and sense of contribution, things such as other people’s actions, emotion, finances, happiness, weather, orbiting the sun etc etc. It’s understanding that at some point that persons self-limiting, self-sabotaging addictions and habits will become dissolved with age, societal feedback and self awareness maturity when they are READY !
